the work continues

Well I just got my luggage for the trip: two rolling suitcases (29" and 24") and a carry-on which should comfortably fit my laptop, a couple of books, my paperwork and my diabetes equipment. I've already test-packed it to make sure everything fits and I'm happy to say it should, although it will be a little tight. I'm especially relieved that I was able to fit two hats in there, which means that, counting the hat I'll be wearing on the flight, I should have three hats while I'm in England. Is it a bad thing that I'm bringing more hats than I am pairs of shoes?
